In reality, these terms and actions have been around for many years, but the current media message is that they are recent additions to the “terrorist” canon. This breakout session will give a good overview and understanding of the process of lone-wolf development and how to work toward identifying these individuals and situations before an incident occurs. Current statistics and the latest thinking will be part of this learning session.
